PAD Specialists Hiring for Clinical Coordinator % remote (FMGs & MAs welcome) at Remote Full Time

Description:

• 100% remote position/telecommuting (work from home, anywhere in the USA)
• MAs & FMGs (Foreign Medical Graduates) are welcomed to apply — ideal position for an FMG who needs to work from home and study for his/her USMLE.
• Includes all remote aspects of our Medical Receptionist positions… remote patient check-in, scheduling, appt reminder calls, etc.
• Addressing and resolving patient concerns with skill and empathy
• Managing patient labs to ensure patients are good to go for their procedures
• Procedure follow-ups and hospitalization follow-ups
• Constant communication with the Proceduralists and Nurse Practitioners
• Participation in our rotating Clinical Hotline after-hours call center.
• All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the staff, and to provide supplemental support, as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• English and Spanish fluency required
• A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.

• Initial 60-day Compatibility Period (CP) at a slightly reduced pay rate and no benefits. Upon completion of this CP, pay goes to 100% and full benefits kick-in.
