Pactera EDGE is looking for a Talent Management Lead in our office in Redmond, WA USA.

We are looking for an experienced AI data industry professional to drive talent attraction initiatives in the US market and manage a team of talent managers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global environment within the AI data services industry, either in talent attraction, marketing or project management. We do not require previous experience in traditional recruitment as the knowledge of the specific services and industry is more relevant. We do require previous global exposure and interaction with crowds, as well as excellent communication skills and networking abilities.

Requirements

• University Degree. Advanced degrees are a plus
• +2 years of experience in the AI data services industry, in a position with vendor interaction in a global environment
• Fluent in English, other foreign languages will be a plus
• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities
• Advanced user of online networks and communities
• Great communication skills
• Self-starter, strong sense of initiative
• Proactive approach to process improvements, creative thinker
