Job Type:

Full-Time, $115k-$130k plus. This position is a full-time hybrid position, working primarily remotely and utilizing our Issaquah and/or Burlington offices.

Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for leading accounting functions within the organization ensuring reporting is timely and accurate. This position works closely with the leadership of the organization to adhere and improve accounting policies and processes. This position reports to the Controller.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete the entire month end close process to include all General Ledger reconciliations and communications with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate financial statements, including consolidation of foreign subsidiary.
• Review accounting workpapers and own internal control documentation for corporate accounting processes
• Collaborate with other internal teams to gather data, resolve issues, and scale our business processes
• Monitor, evaluate and analyze emerging accounting and reporting standards.
• Work effectively with other departments to gather the necessary information for purposes of financial reporting and to drive process efficiencies.
• Manage timely and accurate monthly internal reporting of global and operating segment financial performance to leadership.
• Perform complex account analysis to ensure balance sheet accuracy and present findings and results in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage preparation of materials for quarterly and periodic board meetings.
• Supports the implementation of company programs and processes to ensure the success of the Company.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar related field.
• CPA or equivalent required
• Public Accounting experience required
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory accounting and/or cost accounting a plus
• Experience working in a multi entity environment including consolidations.

· Diligence and keen attention to detail.

· Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, NetSuite ERP (or other Tier 1 ERP system), and ADP (or other Tier 1 HRIS system).

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

· Ability to interact with a variety of people at all organizational levels.

· 5 years experience, including 3 years of public accounting for Accounting Manager position. 10+ years required for Senior Accounting Manager role.
