About this opportunity
We’re looking for a new TA Specialist to join our People and Culture team at the Pacific Smiles Head office in East Maitland. This is not your typical recruitment role. Yes, there is screening and sourcing of candidates to fill positions, but it’s more than that. You will partner with Hiring Managers and senior managers for future workforce planning solutions – our aim is to get ahead of the game! You will also have project work to sink your teeth into such as Marketing Campaign development. You will have the ability to assist in the big picture Recruitment strategy, working hand in hand with the TA Manager and broader P&C team to implement some big game changes.

We have ideas, but we also want you to bring yours! You will really have the ability to influence and change the way we recruit so we’re looking for a creative person, a team player and a solutions-focused recruiter who can keep things moving forward. In addition to this you have:

• Experience managing volumes of recruitment with conflicting priorities
• A sense of calm when the going gets tough
• Experience with candidate attraction marketing campaigns (not just advertising every job)
• Ability to influence and build relationships easily
• Commercial maturity
• A focus on a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome
