Pacific Seafood Hiring for SAP Functional Lead – Order to Cash Analyst Full Time

As the SAP Functional Lead – Order to Cash Analyst, you will partner with the VP, Information Technology, the IT Team, and other functional leaders to analyze and improve work processes by leveraging information technology systems and services. You will support the SAP S/4 HANA system and drive Pacific Seafood’s system capabilities and enhancements. In this role you will provide support in resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues. You will need to collaborate with operations managers from varying functional groups to determine pain points, areas for improvement, and new capabilities, then translate those needs into business requirements to meet company objectives. You must be able to effectively partner with all levels of the organization, provide thought leadership, lead and influence others, drive results, ensure systems and process integration, and provide functional expertise and guidance to deliver sustainable solutions.

• Writing functional specifications for RICEF change requests and work with development and integration teams in building and testing the solution
• Resolve technical and process issues impacting the OTC functions
• Perform testing to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user’s lack of experience
• Application support and training of end-users

• *What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible SAP Sales and Distribution experience.
• Minimum 2+ years experience on SAP S/4 HANA as a functional consultant on complex projects (including core template design, build, implementation roll-out, and support)
• Proven experience overcoming the challenges of a manufacturing, food production, and/or distribution environment.
• Analytical skills showing adeptness at MS Suite including Project, Excel and PowerPoint (Visio a plus).
• SAP S/4 HANA(or other ERP) Certifications

Preferred

• SAP module experience including Finance, Product Costing, Materials Management, Production Planning, and/or Warehouse Management.
• Experience with Omnitracks Roadnet, MercuryGate, Bartender or Loftware Labeling, and EDI implementation.

Total Compensation
At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package. When you add in the additional benefits below to our competitive base wage you can increase your total compensation up to 25%.
