Warranty & Projects Coordinator

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Asset Inventory and Programming, this role is responsible for coordinating the warranty repair program and projects for wagons which operate on all rail networks.
The Project coordination requires arranging the inspections of wagons for defects, prioritisation, planning & scheduling of warranty repairs by Wagon OEM/repair providers at specified locations.
Working amongst a team of internal and external stakeholders, you will be expected to collaborate frequently whilst also contributing an environment that produces a high-performing and engaged team.
Key responsibilities include:
Whilst having many operational responsibilities, you will also be accountable for ensuring, complying & promoting the HSE of the site through the implementation & maintenance of organisational systems, programs, and procedures.

About You
The successful candidate will have proven knowledge and practice of project coordination and management experience and terminology as well as an eye for detail and be able to uphold compliance and drive best practice processes through a pragmatic and can-do attitude.
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills that will enable you to build and maintain internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will be highly organised and capable of delivering multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
