The Senior Tableau CRM Analyst is part of the Pacific Life Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). This transformational team is helping to redefine how customer relationships and data are managed on a single Salesforce platform for Pacific Life’s retail businesses across marketing, sales, and service. The Salesforce COE is rooted in an agile-based project management environment with iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams. The COE is responsible for ongoing operations support, governance, and managing the program back log of new capabilities and enhancements.

How you will make an impact:
Producing highly professional dashboards that communicate business insights with CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM)
Collaborating with technical and business partners to strategize on report content and delivery
Verifying correctness and completeness of data model, data relationships, mappings, and reports
Recommending improvements to data structures
Conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Acting as a liaison between technical and business teams
The experience you will bring:
3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst in Reporting & Business Intelligence
Experience with CRM Analytics or other commonly used Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc.)
Knowledge of SAQL / SQL or JSON coding languages
General understanding or proficiency with the Salesforce platform
Ability to tell a story and communicate ideas with data, graphs and charts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional departments within an Agile delivery model
