Our company provides a full-scale supply chain service to E-commerce sellers shipping from Asia. We are currently hiring for multiple positions.

1. Service Agent – Mandarin Speaking

This is an important role to oversee inbound and outbound shipping process flow. Initiate close communication with internal and external parties to address issues and ensure the best service level is being provided.

• Tracking, identifying, and resolving problems that could delay the timely release or movement of freight.
• Analyze, prepare and/or submit documentation to the appropriate parties
• Maintain close communication with correspondent brokers, trucking companies, government departments, and other service providers
• Data input or corrections into the company computer filing system.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Respond to overseas’s client and internal inquires.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Experience Requirement: 1-2 years of working experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

• Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher
• Bilingual (Mandarin oral and writing is a must).
• Knowledge of e-commerce shipping process.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
• Ability in handling multiple tasks at once.
• Meticulous approach to administrative tasks and service responsibilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers.
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong task and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
