Pacific Continental Realty, LLC a commercial real estate and multi-family sales, leasing, and, property management company. Our office is located in the historical Crown Plaza building in the heart of downtown Bellingham.

Full time Accounting/Bookkeeper

• In office 40hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Reviewing entries for accuracy
• Bank Reconciliation
• Track company credit card usage & reconcile statements
• Preparation and filing of city & state tax returns
• Post payroll details & monitor liabilities to ensure correct filing of quarterlies
• Preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain an efficient filing system
• Liaising with Management and Staff efficiently and effectively
• Other general office tasks as requested

Skills:

• Accurate data entry skills
• Thrive in fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Organized & strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Good typing skills (including 10 key)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and similar bookkeeping software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
