The Customer Success Manager is a self-starter with excellent time management and problem solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Open and effective written, electronic, and oral communication is critical for success in this role. Must have an excellent understanding of the cardiac rhythm device management and remote monitoring space. This remote position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and productively.

Essential Functions

• Project Management: Initiate, oversee, and manage the lifecycle of the onboarding and PaceMate program management for assigned customer base.
• Coordinate and execute on all operational aspects of cardiac device and remote monitoring program management within established timelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and appropriately provide the account with PaceMate technical, clinical, and patient service resources to address customer needs.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines, and grow the relationship.
• Lead and support on site or virtual education and training sessions on software features and workflow development throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Comfortable navigating conversations at all customer levels: administration, revenue cycle, clinician, physician, ancillary staff, and information system teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams including commercial sales and marketing, technical resources, and clinical operations leadership.
• Keep accurate records within CRM toolkit and tech stack.
• s ongoing progress, performance, timeliness, and customer success metrics to leadership team.

Education, Training, And Experience

• Bachelor degree required; science/health-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in cardiac device industry or 5 years of experience in the cardiac device clinic.
• Experience in project management or customer success is preferred.
• Working knowledge of cardiac device algorithms and remote monitoring best practice experience required.
• Excellent written, electronic, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and implement new technologies.
• Experience working effectively within a remote, cross-departmental environment, specifically in a healthcare startup setting preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resources, meet deadlines, and be flexible to changing priorities.
• Passion for maintaining relationships, coordinating resources, and driving results.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Electronic Health Record platforms).

Travel Requirements

• Remote-based with the ability to travel 50% of the time based on customer needs. Over night travel is required.
