Reporting directly to the HR Manager – ANZ; this role will allow for the right candidate to develop and progress in a friendly and supportive environment.
Our client is seeking for a hard-working, energetic, and motivated Payroll & HR Officer to join their HR Team in a part time position – 2 days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) at Box Hill. This position plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations with a primary focus on customer services and the delivery of Payroll & HR services and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly Australia and/or New Zealand payroll including termination calculations and other payroll duties.
  • Manage payroll & HR related staff queries, and action replies accordingly
  • ADP payroll system administrator including
  • Supporting the Accident Claims Management reconciliation and lodgement
  • Other payroll duties
  • Annual performance reviews
  • Annual salary reviews
  • Reporting
  • Payroll & HR administration duties
  • Participate in HR project work to deliver new initiatives to the business

About you:

  • Prior experience using ADP
  • Strong understanding of Payroll obligations and relevant legislation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
