Pace University Hiring for PT International Admission Reader at New York, NY Full Time

The Part-time International Admission Reader plays a critical role in providing prospective students with an exceptional level of customer service when initially inquiring about, and applying to, Pace University’s undergraduate program. The position will manage application documents and data entry for undergraduate applications along with supplemental documents into the student information system; this includes managing the flow of paper and electronic documents relating to student applications.

Position Duties

Review applications

Back-up to Global Pathways file review

Process Transfer Credit Evaluations

Host prospective and yield chats in the evening

Process SCAN TCEs and Gov’t funding letters

Process I-20 forms

Meet with prospective/ current students

Performs other such duties as assigned from time to time.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous office experience and the ability to multi-task.

Experience with data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office products is essential.

Suitable candidates must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. A positive attitude, and collegiate manner and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are a must.

Generally about 20 hours per week
