Position Summary – Why This Position is for You

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Talent Sourcer to partner with our recruitment team and business to find top talent. This position is part of a team of recruiters reporting to a Recruiting Manager. The position focuses on engineering and business roles primarily in the Puget Sound area. Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to build effective and diverse sourcing strategies to build a candidate pipeline and help fill the priority hiring needs for PACCAR.
• Create successful sourcing strategies tailored to individual business needs. Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through Linked In, Handshake, social media, networking, employee referrals and creative search techniques including diversity and inclusion sourcing.
• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify and understand the positions technical requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns within PACCAR’s internal applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Conduct screening to qualify prospective candidates across multiple roles and to unique positions.
• Handle high volume of requisitions and prioritize based on business needs.
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines.
• Share sourcing best-practices with greater recruiting team.
• Promote an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Full cycle recruiting or sourcing experience required, with IT sourcing experience preferred
• SAP SuccessFactors or any other applicant tracking systems (ATS) equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator and customer service oriented
