Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• May handle day to day customer issues, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary.
• Develop and utilize foundational understanding of the upstream oil & gas industry and the P2ES applications.
• Understand the importance of customer relations, support processes, and consultative approach to customer interactions.
• May need to attend on-site Customer visits with Support and Services Teams.
• Works with Global Customer support management to adhere to or improve support processes.
• May assist in preparation and/or delivery of presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to learn and use business application software quickly.

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially working with customers via phone and email.
• Strong Analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Oil & Gas Industry experience preferred, knowledge of O & G Land Administration/Management
• Education in Petroleum Land Administration/Management/Land Analyst
