We have an immediate opportunity for a Full Time Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for a motivated professional for our sales counter. The candidate would benefit from previous welding or sales experience but we are willing to train the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Address customer needs with products and pricing.

Aid outside sales team in preparing orders and co-ordinate deliveries with driver and management.

Shipping and receiving duties as required.

Professional phone skills and mannerism.

Polite and professional communication with customers and employees.

Create invoices and quotes.

Skills and Knowledge requirements:

Comfortable communicating via telephone and email.

Proficiency In Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and follow up.

Effective written and verbal skills.

Knowledge of welding supplies and compressed gas is an asset but not mandatory.

Some heavy lifting.

Job Type:

Full time.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch.

Open Saturday’s from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Required to work two Saturdays per month. Closed long weekend Saturday’s.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Welding Supplies Knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
• Welding: 1 year (preferred)
