This role is perfect for a senior level Controller or Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization. The day-to-day responsibilities of the VP of Finance would include: strategically partner with the senior executive team to look forward, innovate and drive the business; lead the finance and accounting team; dive into details, accountability metrics and the form and timing of dashboard reports and execute accordingly. The ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to support their recommendations, but also strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Assume a leadership position leading accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, and strategic finance

• Partner and work collaboratively as a trusted advisor with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team on strategic initiatives, budgeting, reporting, and operational models

• Build and maintain a financial plan that aligns with the company’s plan for growth and expansion

• Provide financial and operational metrics and analytics to stakeholders including employees and senior management, and support proactive relations with all

• Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization – running goals, budgets, and forecasts

• Drive preparation and presentation of monthly financial budget reports to department leads, including monthly P&L, cash flow, and forecast vs. budget

• Identify and recruit talented professionals to join your team; oversee, direct, and organize the work of a high-performing finance team, ensuring staff receive appropriate training, career development and performance management

What We Look For

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance.

• A skilled manager who enjoys mentoring and growing their team.
