This is an exciting opportunity to join the well-respected HR Advisor Team at Oxleas. The successful candidate will be based at Trust HQ at Pinewood House, Dartford, Kent but the role will involve travel to our sites across the boroughs of Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Kent.

The role will support the HR Business Partner in providing a proactive, comprehensive and high quality HR service to managers and staff in support of the Workforce Strategy.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate evidence of strong generalist HR experience and be fully CIPD qualified. It is essential that you have a hands-on approach to actively participate in all aspects of operational HR, with experience in managing a varied and demanding case load. In particular, supporting and guiding managers with employee relations cases and advising on complex and sensitive issues. You will support change management programmes and will need a good up-to-date knowledge of employment law. In addition to providing advice and guidance to managers and staff, you will deliver training and coaching specific to HR processes and procedures.
