As ambassadors of our brand you will ensure candidates receive a good experience, influencing all those involved in the hiring journey so they know how to help.

As a small team we work flexibly across divisions and locations so you will have opportunities to work on a wide variety of hires, demonstrating your direct sourcing capabilities and use of market insight to influence decisions. The team also work on a number of projects from developing apprenticeship offerings to supporting systems deployment and IR35 assurance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze recruitment data to make recommendations in recruitment planning and sourcing
• Design and implement efficient sourcing strategies
• Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and relationships to tight deadlines with high volumes
• Deliver diverse shortlists via direct sourcing, leveraging the latest sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain talent pools of pre-screened candidates
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

We are currently thinking through how we use our offices in the future and are open to discussing flexibility within this such as a blend of office and home working. We expect this role to require approximately 1 day per week in the Oxford office.
