Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Hiring for HR Consultant at Oxford Full Time
We are seeking a HR Consultant to join our team. Working as part of our HR team the successful candidate will work with the Head of Corporate HR supporting our Corporate Division.
This opportunity is for someone with a robust knowledge of employment law and practice who can support the HR Business Partner in delivering a range of HR initiatives and services. The successful candidate will also support and co-ordinate the Divisional HR team – using their knowledge and skills to develop the service we provide. The Division is fast paced and the HR delivery needs to match this so that we support the managers to manage the workforce.
This is an excellent time to join the HR Team at OUH as we work to support the Trust as “one HR team” – working to deliver the business needs and workforce strategies that will allow us to achieve our strategic goals – and to be an excellent provider of health services as an employer of choice.
This role will be based at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, but some travel to our other sites may be required.
