About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a diverse set of skills and experience to join the team. We provide short academic summer courses to students from over 100 countries and you will be pivotal to ensuring they have the most authentic Oxford experience. Working closely with Oxford colleges and renowned schools, you will collaborate across the company to develop and implement a delivery programme, recruit a large seasonal team to provide excellent pastoral care and ensure all the necessary data are captured along the way with a focus on continuous improvement.

Main requirements

• Planning and managing operations leading up to and during a peak service delivery period
• Maintaining and developing strong partnerships
• Recruiting, onboarding and overseeing management of a large seasonal workforce
• Improving processes and collaboration across internal teams
• Budget management

Practical details

• Start: ASAP
• Contract type: Full time, permanent
• Salary: £38,000 to £45,000
• Line Manager: Head of Service Delivery
• Location: Oxford office full time during peak planning and delivery period – currently March to September. Hybrid working options outside of those months

Minimum requirements:

• Confident and professional based on breadth and depth of experience
• Sound judgement, able to gather available information and make decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Flexible approach and comfortable quickly adapting to circumstances
• Experience of programme/project management or managing large scale operations

Desirable attributes:

• Experience in the national or international education sector
• Formal qualifications in programme/project management
• Process and/or change management experience
