Oxford Nanopore Technologies Hiring for Recruitment Coordinator – Part Time/ Remote at United Kingdom Full Time

Core Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent/Recruiting team.

• Co-ordinate and arrange interviews ensuring an exceptional candidate and customer experience.

• Handle differing requests and prioritizing workload in a timely, efficient and professional manner to meet the needs of this fast paced and ever-changing / growing work environment.

• Ability to question and improve processes to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency of the HR service to the business.

Education/Experience:
Good general education with a minimum GCSE C or equivalent in English and Maths

Extensive administration experience (ideally within a recruitment/customer interacting environment) with well developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Work well under pressure proven in a challenging and busy environment.

Meticulous attention to detail able to prioritise and manage your time well.
