We know that recruiting and developing the best talent in our industry is fundamental to our success. As our Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, you will be a key member of our global HR team and your contribution will be vital to help us attract, motivate and retain the people we need, both now and for the future.
Working as the Group lead for recruitment globally, you will ensure we have world class systems, processes and capabilities to attract, select and onboard high-calibre technical and commercial talent across all of our business units. This will involve working with HR colleagues and recruiters in the businesses and regions to share best practice, lead recruitment-related D&I activity, create efficiencies across teams and provide expert support for specific projects such as executive hiring or large recruitment campaigns.
You will also monitor and report global recruitment performance and be responsible for managing our employer brand. This will involve working with our marketing teams as well as our wider HR team to develop and refine recruitment materials and messaging that tell our story and help people to understand our culture, our opportunities and the positive impact we can all make in our roles here.
In addition to helping us attract the talent we need, you will also support Group-wide succession planning and talent development activities such as our Early Careers Programme. This will involve working with the businesses to help identify high-potential employees for the programme, supporting their development during the programme and helping the businesses create and capitalise on opportunities to develop employee capabilities.
