A fantastic opportunity to further your career in the field of medical HR, as Medical Workforce Manager your role will be to support the Head of Medical Workforce and Education in delivering a comprehensive medical HR service to all doctors and dentists across the trust.
Providing strategic and operational leadership, and with the knowledge and expertise to support the Trust’s medical workforce, the successful candidate will lead the medical staffing team across a range of different areas. The role is key to ensuring that a high-quality and responsive service is provided across all operational medical HR matters to include; doctor in training contracts, consultant and specialty doctor contracts/contract reform, medical recruitment, management of agency locums, and medical appraisal and revalidation.
