Job Title : Office Assistant
Pay Rate : $16-17.00 / hr.

Work Hours : 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm – may have to work overtime when needed.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB :
The Office Assistant provides support to ensure the business’s smooth operation. Responsibilities may range from greeting and directing visitors and distributing mail to supporting the A / P process and purchasing office supplies.
This role requires flexibility, organizational skills, accuracy, and a willingness to successfully oversee a variety of tasks.
The Office Assistant may be cross-trained to act as a backup to other team members.

Skills and Abilities Required : This position always requires a high level of professionalism while maintaining a collegial and effective relationship with employees and managers at all levels.
Bi-lingual and able to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish preferred.
Experience and Education : At least 2-3 Years of administrative experience in a manufacturing facility is required (paper converting preferred.
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
