OWAY USA – Education & Training Manager

We are searching for an Education & Training Manager to share our sustainability story and support our expansion strategy in the US Market.
The ideal candidate will be:
Key Roles & Accountabilities:
– Evaluate existing materials to develop and implement market relevant education and training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
– Identify potential gaps and collaborate with National and Global team to create solutions.
– Oversee planning and implementation of national education and training initiatives.
– Conduct training and education seminars (on technical, product knowledge, business and company philosophy) through a variety of delivery methods including in-person, digital and virtual.
– Create new curriculum where needed to support growth strategies.
– Assist in developing on-boarding training programs for new employees and independent contractors.
– Participate in the planning and execution of company meetings, business forums, and customer acquisition events.
– Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce to deliver content and training plans consistent with new product and/or service launch initiatives and social media campaigns.
– Assist in building out the knowledge base in company SAAS.
– Support company-wide goal attainment through the development of new educational and training programs and activation materials that drive sales.
– Develop national team of educators, coaches, and brand ambassadors to support the Sales, Business Development and Marketing team in technical instruction, consumer events, pop-up activations, industry and fashion shows, and future events.
– Future creation management of robust education and event calendar.
– Measure effectiveness of programs during and post launch and assist in leveraging analytics to optimize ROI.
– Liaise and collaborate with departments across all channels to communicate on unique and creative ways to elevate brand messaging, increase customer engagement, optimize consumer experience, and create a community of ‘like-hearted’ raving fans.
– Assume additional relevant assignments as the needs of the company evolve and grow.
