Key responsibility:

• Monitor accounts receivable function including timely debt collection, daily payment allocation and AR ageing control and report.
• Supervise AP process, verification of AP invoices include coding and payment.
• Responsible for month end reporting
• Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Assist with forecast and budget
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Review and reconciliation of CAPEX request/invoices
• Enhance internal control

Requirement

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
• High level of analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with Departmental Managers in all forms of communication
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential
• Preferred experience in current Accounting and POS software, eg. Opera, Sun
