OVERIT Hiring for Senior Digital Strategist Full Time

Overit is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to manage and assist with developing, executing and analyzing clients’ integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will create, implement and lead strategic digital marketing campaigns for an assigned number of clients. It is expected that you are well-versed in multiple areas of digital marketing, including, inbound marketing, automated marketing, email marketing and knowledgeable in SEM & SEO. It is also expected that you are capable of designing marketing strategies, as well as implementing core features of them.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of integrated marketing strategies based on customer insights, preferences, attitudes and behaviors
• Managing business analyzation for clients to know profit margins and goals
• Perform continual research and education to stay innovative, educated and inspired for Overit clients
• Lead the development of insight-driven pitches, proposals and POVs; multichannel campaign strategies; and tactical plans
• Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits and asset/experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
• Be a champion for best practices across digital channels and media formats
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
• Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Ability to capably review qualitative and quantitative research
• Firm understanding of user experience principles
• Perform regular analysis to identify marketing insights, revenue opportunities, enhanced customer experience and cost savings
• Ability to conduct CRM & automation marketing trainings for clients
• Develop regular s to enhance success of digital inbound efforts

Preferences:

• Candidates should have prior experience working with partners such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Infusionsoft, and/or similar marketing platforms.
• Candidates should be well-versed in reviewing data presented by Google Analytics
• Candidates should have an understanding of and interest in related digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, native advertising, and online reputation management, crossing into those areas as integrated campaigns.
• Candidates should be technical yet creative, leading creating thinking behind clients’ online presences
• Candidates will work with strategy, development and creative teams to ensure all strategy and messaging align with integrated digital marketing campaigns
• Candidate should be a proactive achiever who is key to the companies growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
