Hiring Immediately, Digital Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and execution of creative digital strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Manage a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and technical staff, to produce integrated digital solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and translating them into successful digital campaigns.
• Drive innovation in digital marketing, and other digital channels to keep clients at the forefront of digital trends.
• Lead the digital team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Analyze and on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and strategies, using data to inform future initiatives.
• Create and present digital media plans to a select number of clients
• Manage the activation of said media plans across search, social, display, programmatic, native channels
• Ensures accuracy of advertising delivery against pre-established KPIs
• Interpret clients needs into comprehensive digital media strategy and tactics
• Fluidly speak to media recommendations / alternatives in a constantly optimizing environment
• Oversee workflow to activation team members
• Analyze advertising performance on a consistent basis and recommend optimization
• Manage day to day contact with internal technologists, account managers, activation teams, and client contacts
• Build agency wide POVs on digital strategy and usage
• Develop and enhance procedures and process
• Work with activation and technologist on ensuring data integrity
• Manage third party data providers
• Generate insights to monthly client performance s and presents to client portfolio
• Responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new clientele
• Build and maintain agency client media blueprints and channel specific playbooks
• Adhere to and uphold media team best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in digital roles with a focus on agency settings.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies for a diverse client base.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen eye for emerging technologies and trends.
