About the Role
We are seeking a driven and technically minded Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Toronto, Ontario region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in metal cutting tools or industrial products who thrives on building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving growth. Cities within this territory include; Woodbridge, Vaughan, Concord, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham and Scarborough.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities across automotive, aerospace, manufacturing and general machining sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Provide technical support and application solutions for metal cutting tools
• Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities, offering process improvements and cost-savings
Recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized tooling solutions
• Collaborate with vendor reps on site-visits
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions

Qualifications
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in metal cutting tools, industrial tooling, or related field
• Strong knowledge of machining processes (milling, turning, drilling, etc.)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

• Experience working with automotive or high-volume manufacturing customers
• Technical background in machining, engineering, or CNC programming
• Familiarity with major tooling brands and cutting strategies
