What’s the job?

We are looking for a Solutions Architect/Full Stack Developer with the below day-to-day responsibilities:

Analyze current technologies used within the company and provide recommendations to improve processes and quality of work as needed.

Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments

Collaborate with team members to design and develop robust, scalable software solutions

Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices

Enjoy writing code for business and/or data layers

Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources, and scope

Ensures that feature requests (Easy and Moderate) are delivered with quality and on time

Assist in architecting the product platform

Attends meetings and contributes to project and initiative brainstorming

Prepare and submit reports requested by supervisor or team lead

Adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertaking disciplinary actions if the need arises

Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

At least 3 years as a Solutions Architect with proven project management and leadership skills

At least 3 years of experience in web application development using AWS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Docker, PostgreSQL, and GIT

Experience in software engineering and design architecture

Experience with Rest API design

Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level

Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software

Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems

Excellent communication skills

Is it remote and what are the hours like?

This position is 100% remote but must be able to work during EST hours (9 am-5 pm).

What’s the pay?

The compensation is commensurate and negotiable based on experience (between 80-120k/annum)
