Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering professional development training, management development and our onboarding sessions in person and virtually, effectively meeting the needs of all learning and communication styles
Designing blended learning content for face to face, virtual and eLearning sessions
Utilising the Kirkpatrick Model to conduct regular evaluations of training and programs
Remaining up to date on learning tools, trends and techniques
Managing your own programmes, ensuring that delegates receive clear pre-course communications and joining instructions
Coaching management to enhance their leadership and management skills
Analysing data to best understand areas of opportunity
Supporting line managers to ensure they can deliver robust inductions and effective performance reviews, 1-1s and PDPs
Being an ambassador for the business – positively representing the business/business decisions and delivering results through the O&CC values
We want to make sure that you have everything you need to be successful in this role. In general this means we would like you to have;
Proven ability to manage classroom environments, regardless of size or seniority
Ability to convey complex information in a concise and effective manner
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts including venues, suppliers, and training contractors.
Excellent time management to prioritise workload and best achieve the objectives set by the People Development and Product Manager
Ability to inspire colleagues to embed learning and deliver high performance
Knowledge of using cost benefit analysis to establish the most cost-effective learning solutions
Able to manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders updated and involved in decisions, updates, and outcomes
Open minded and flexible approach – able to draw on own expertise but also recognise and value insights of others

Base salary of £20,000 – £25,000 per annum
