About the role
The ideal candidate will take on managing the day-to-day responsibility of the SENCo team to provide guidance of SEN teaching to maintain and increase the quality of teaching.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for organising and running the EHCP reviews for all pupils, for delivering PSHE lessons and for developing the staff team’s understanding of SEN and how to get the most for our pupils.
Play a major role under the overall direction of SLT in formulating and reviewing the School Improvement Plan and the aims and objectives of the school by:
