We have an amazing opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Accountant to join Outcomes First Group at our Bolton Office.
About the Role
This is a brand new role on our busy Finance team and it will give you exposure to different elements of our finance function in order to gain the experience needed to qualify for ACCA / CIMA qualification.
The role will work within a structured rotation programme, getting exposure to financial reporting, operational management accounts, commercial and transactional finance. The first 6 months will be spent in the Financial Reporting team to support the year-end audit and statutory accounts process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join our Group and develop relevant experience with the support of our finance team. You will gain the experience needed to kick start your career in Finance.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate who is looking to begin their career in Finance and has a relevant business/accounting degree.
You will be comfortable managing a busy workload and prioritising conflicting deadlines.
It is essential we provide a fantastic service to our customers, whether they are internal or external so you must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with all stakeholders.
Relevant financial accounting experience would be desirable, but not essential. You will have strong Excel and analytical skills.
