The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for forging meaningful connections? As an SDR at Outbound Explorers, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping construction industry leaders dominate LinkedIn connections and drive significant project pipeline growth through social selling.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Top-of-the-Funnel Lead Generation: Generate top-of-the-funnel leads for our customers through proactive outreach and engagement.
• CRM Management: Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM to ensure efficient tracking and ing.
• Quota Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified meetings and quality conversations to unlock further compensation and commission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Relevant Work Experience: If you do not have 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales, we will look at your attitude and drive and train you. If you do have 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field, we’d love to talk to you. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work effectively in a key result focused environment.
