We are on the lookout for an experienced OSHC Educator ready to STEP UP and lead a small portfolio of schools based with the Ballarat/Bendigo Region, who has a strong work ethic, who is an expert in the OSHC space, passionate about children advocacy, resourceful and want to be part of the Our Patch journey to create “a patch for every child to GROW”.

About Safeguarding Children:
Our Patch is committed to protecting children from harm. We require all applicants to undergo an extensive screening process prior to appointment. The successful applicant is required to possess a current and valid ‘working with children’ check and is subject to a satisfactory criminal history record check.
About the role:
The Patch Coach (Area Manager) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small number of our programs and will be an essential part of our organisation to lead and GROW each of Our Patch programs.
The Patch Coach (Area Manager) will lead the advocacy of Safeguarding Children and work closely with all Educators to meet all Safeguarding Children requirements.
Patch Coach (Area Manager) will also be required to:
· Be listed as Nominated Supervisor for the programs
· Lead the development of our Educators
· Interact with families and lead conversations
· Support Programs when dealing with any escalated issues
· Communicate effectively with Schools

You will need:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience within the OSHC Industry (preferred)
· Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (or working towards/willing to enrol)
· Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
· Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
· First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain)
