Ounalashka Corporation is recruiting for an Assistant/ Receptionist. This position will to the Land, Leasing & Property Manager and will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering, and fielding all phone calls, conducting daily mail runs, including sorting and distributing the mail to the proper department and to provide other essential administrative duties as assigned. In addition, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Land, Leasing & Property Manager by assisting in the maintenance of leasing files, the lands database, monitoring leases for compliance and serving in a support capacity to the Lands, Property and Leasing Department.

This position is key to the overall success of the operations and must exhibit professionalism and composure in all situations.
