Ottawa Home Services Hiring for Customer Service/Dispatcher at Ottawa, ON Full Time

The successful candidate would be managing the preventative maintenance portfolio for the company. The ideal candidate would be someone who is: well versed in verbal and written customer service; reliable; adaptable; able to work with minimal supervision; able to make decisions; able to prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management in terms of trends, etc.; comfortable offering additional services or products to customers.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Performs administrative and customer service duties related to scheduling of work including: Answer all incoming requests in a professional manner; Set-up and maintain customer records, jobs and recurring services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $39,520.00-$43,680.00 per year
