OTT Remit is the newest online remittance app launched by OTT Financial Inc., which allows customers to easily and quickly send money from Canada to their families and friends globally.
About the Role
Join the team with OTT Remit, where we help customers to send essential support to home. Grow together with us, you will have an exciting experience helping out customers and bonding with the team. In OTT Remit, we always embrace everyone with family culture. Join the new and inspiring department of OTT Financial where we build the future together! As a bilingual customer service associate, you will be an essential factor in helping customers navigate through mobile apps using. Gaining strong interpersonal skill experience and working with the Marketing and Product team to understand user experience journeys. You will be exposed to a whole cycle of product managing and marketing, where you learn lots of valuable knowledge.
Job Requirements:
Professionally handle incoming customers’ inquiries
Thoroughly and efficiently know your clients during calls
Delivery good customer service while maintain smooth user experience
Patiently communicate with customer under stress and pressure
Fluent in Tagalog and English preferred (Writing, Speaking, Reading)
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 6-month CSR experience or equivalent experience
Senior High Graduates are still welcome but will be assessed on Customer Service skills
Ease and proficiency in mobile app navigation
Satisfactory spoken and written communication skills in both Filipino and English languages
Critical thinking and decision-processing skills
Effective business writing skills
Sales Experience Preferred
High level of ease in conversing and processing thoughts with customers in both Filipino and English languages
Depending on mix, indicate and assess % of experience in various channels: E.g., 50% in voice, chat and email
Has to be willing to be on different work shifts depending on business requirements
Has to demonstrate reliability in terms of work history, attendance and punctuality
