OTR Wheel Engineering Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Guelph, ON Full Time

OTR Wheel Engineering is rapidly expanding. OTR-Canada specializes in the manufacturing, distribution & recertification of wheels and rims for mining, earthmover, construction, and forestry, agricultural and industrial machinery. At the present time our company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Guelph team as Customer Service Representative.

Overview:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the first point of contact the CSR must be able to enter customer orders accurately and courteously, while leveraging a high level of industry knowledge. The CSR is responsible for handling a variety of customer concerns, including pricing enquiries, product recommendations, adjustments to ongoing orders, troubleshooting delivery issues and communicating with the production & distribution team in order to ensure seamless on-time delivery. Various administrative duties may be assigned based on departmental needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the ordering process.
• Support the sales and management team while facilitating all aspects of customer requests in a timely fashion, including quotations, order entry, lead times, document search, etc.
• Use of the company’s software systems.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office, including but not limited to outlook, word, excel, power point.
• Maintain/update customer websites and portals.
• Maintain/update spreadsheets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Basic understanding of SDS (material safety data sheets) for WHMIS products.
• Commitment to health and safety.
• Administrative duties as required
