Summary

We have an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter experienced with high volume recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). This position will be supporting the NY Metro area airports.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary:

OTG at John F. Kennedy Airport and LaGuardia Airport is seeking an experienced Recruiter. The Recruiter will be focused on recruiting all hourly positions within the terminal to support staffing needs in our Restaurants, Quick Service Restaurants, and our Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting all hourly, non-exempt positions for OTG’s Restaurants and Markets in Terminal C

• Positions include: Bartenders, Baristas, Cooks, Hosts, Servers, Hourly Supervisors, etc.

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring applicants to OTG’s Hourly Career Fairs

• Establish relationships with nearby Culinary Schools and Universities

• Coordinate and execute weekly Career Fairs

• Follow up and track all aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, notifying Managers of Career Fair times and employee’s starting date

• Assist with all recruitment efforts

• Post and update all open positions

• Complete daily and weekly reports on employment activity

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• College Degree is desired

Qualifications:

• Strong PC knowledge which includes MS Excel , Word; Google Drive is a plus

• Experience with applicant tracking systems

• Excellent hospitality skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience of recruiting in a Restaurant/Hospitality setting is preferred
