The Role:
We’re on exciting growth journey and are now looking to add a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our Osome UK team supporting our growth across all our departments. You’ll be involved in the full candidate life cycle and will be tasked with helping us find the best people in the market then guiding them through our Osome interview process.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in fintech and develop your in-house recruitment skills across verticals within a collaborative, fast paced and exciting start-up.
As part of this role, you’ll:

• Build pipelines, talent maps and help us identify where to find the very best people in our markets
• Source and engage potential Osomers by using a variety of search techniques, from LinkedIn, social channels, X-Ray search, etc.
• Innovate and find new strategies to find and engage the best talent for our teams- we’re always learning, so if you have ideas on how best to uncover awesome talent we want to learn from you too!
• Conduct pre-screen conversations with potential Osomers to evaluate their suitability to join our teams
• Arrange and schedule interviews
• Be a true business partner to our Hiring Managers and guide them on best-practice
• Help develop brand awareness and ensure that our target talent communities know who Osome is
• Help us build and deliver a best-in class candidate experience

Requirements
You’ll need to have:

• A passion recruitment, speaking to a diverse range of people and understanding quickly if we’re a perfect match
• Hands-on experience with a variety of sourcing methods (i.e. Boolean, x-ray search, LinkedIn, slack, social channels etc)
• Experience with recruitment interview scheduling and offer delivery
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Workable but that might change in the future)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft engaging outreach

• Being creative and tenacious – you are able to uncover hidden talent using innovative sourcing techniques
• Mental agility and the ability to work at pace – we’re growing quickly and want people who can grow with us
• A great communicator and story-teller with the ability to engage our internal stakeholders and candidates alike

Bonus points for:

• Recruitment experience within any of the following: Accounting/Finance, Sales/Commercial Ops, Tech/Product
