California // $130k – $150k base + OTE

The Company:

It provides a cohesive and visually appealing workspace that seamlessly combines advanced Ai Contact Center, Ai Sales, Ai Voice, Ai Meetings, and Ai Messaging.

The Role:

• Formulate strategic outreach campaigns and sequences to generate opportunities by reaching out through calls, emails, and texts to arrange introductory meetings.
• Explore target accounts, identifying stakeholders and advocates. Convert leads into opportunities, creating the necessary pipeline to meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Take charge of the end-to-end sales process, including:
• Conducting Discovery sessions with leads and prospects.
• Collaborating with Sales Engineering to prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
• Leading technical sessions to validate product suitability, adherence to customer
• InfoSec requirements, and overall product alignment with prospective customers.
• Develop and sustain account plans to identify growth opportunities across strategic global customers.
• Partake in weekly 1:1 meetings with your Manager, involving coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career development discussions.
• Maintain a qualified 3x pipeline and meet quarterly/annual sales quotas.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in an evolving landscape.
• Transferable expertise in telecommunications, contact center, or unified communications industries.
• Proven experience in managing and closing complex deal cycles involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Preferred proficiency in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
