The Situation:

The Director, Talent Acquisition, reporting to VP, Talent Acquisition and Development, is responsible to oversee, recommend, execute, and lead our overall talent acquisition strategy. Including the full life cycle of talent acquisition; from sourcing, to attraction, to building and growing the team. In addition, you will create partnerships with schools as well as other associations, and ensuring we have efficient and effective processes, methodologies, and technology in place to identify, assess and select the best people. This requires a motivated and experienced recruitment professional to build a best-in-class talent acquisition team and lead our efforts in recruitment marketing, recruitment technologies, employment branding, social recruiting, campus relations, internship programs, and the candidate experience.
