Oser Communications Group Hiring for Trade Show Logistics Manager at Tucson, AZ Full Time

Oser Communications Group is looking for an energetic Trade Show Logistics Manager to join the team. We are seeking an organized, energetic, and personable individual who can manage all aspects of trade show logistics, including planning and working show exhibits nationwide, as well as all facets of set up and break down.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and provides the strategy and leadership within the trade show space for Oser Communications Group. Our Trade Show Logistics Manager will work with our administrative and sales departments.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Coordinate the logistics of each trade show, coordinating travel, manage lead-retrieval, and coordinating material shipments for each event in a timely matter.

• Collect all costs associated with each event and prepare a summary of expense before approval.

• Set-up and participate in trade shows nationwide

• Maintain trade show calendar and coordinate with administrative staff.

• Assist with creation of marketing materials including email campaigns.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or equivalent work experience desired.

• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to travel (sometimes with limited notice) up to 70%. Must be able to travel on nights/weekends.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask; candidates will be asked to give detailed examples of this skill and their experience exhibiting it

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. A writing sample may be requested

• Proficient with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Sales CRM System

• Ability to prioritize conflicting requests and meet tight deadlines

• Must be able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances

• Strong, friendly interpersonal skills

• Pro-active approach and can-do attitude.

• Ability to prioritize, organize and plan workload effectively.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, great presentation skills are a plus

• Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization

• Ability to organize thoughts and make decisions under time constraints and a full workload

Physical Demands:

• May be required to walk, sit, stand, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds. Push or pull heavier weights.
