The Role

In this role you will be responsible for dealing with the company’s wide array of clients to ensure they are offered the highest level off support from solving queries over the phone to investigating incidents and issues arising by using effective tools and ensuring the correct processes are followed. You will also be expected to manage tickets according to agreed SLAs and escalate issues to relevant teams where appropriate with full supporting documentation.
