Interested in joining us within this role?

The incumbent will collaborate with the CFO, business leaders, & team members on all matters related to long-term strategy and focused execution. This position will lead, grow, and develop Osborn’s FP&A team. Incumbent and team will take ownership of Osborn’s long-term strategic planning, budgeting, & forecasting processes. Incumbent and team will implement predictive analytic & reporting framework to drive best-in-class performance, continuous business development, and innovation across all businesses & functions. The incumbent will assist the CFO, in leading the business through all efforts that drive business performance and continuous development by using the existing and new data sources, with focus on internal efficiency & growth metrics and external industry data benchmarks to drive outperformance versus competitors. The incumbent will need to be flexible enough to work with peers in Accounting and Finance, in addition to internal partners such as Operations, Purchasing and Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Drive and coordinate key financial planning processes to achieve Osborn’s short and long-term goals; evaluate alternative financial plans in relation to organizational goals

· Ensure senior management is accurately updated on financial reports

· Research and analyze economic and industry trends to forecast Osborn’s short and long-term financial and competitive position

· Understand the marketplace opportunity for areas of the businesses, and assist with providing insight to support strategic and operational decisions

· Manage complex financial projects

· Manage a team of financial analysis personnel; develop and mentor team for success by modeling Osborn’s High Performance Culture Guidelines

Position Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; MBA preferred

· Seven (7) or more years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role required; Financial Planning and Analysis experience required; Management experience preferred

· Strong ability of interpreting financial information and presenting recommendations to senior management

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner

· Ability to adjust to new, different, or changing requirements while conveying a sense of urgency

KPIs:

· Fiscal Year Profitability – EBITDA

· Improvement in GM $ on a per unit basis against both Current Year Plan and Prior Year.

· Fiscal Year Operating Cash Flow
