The OSB Talent Acquisition Team is an integral part of the wider HR team across the OSB Group. The team is responsible for all the Talent Acquisition across the group, we support the businesses hiring needs at all levels, ensuring an effective approach, whilst offering a positive candidate experience. What you will be doing:
The key purpose of this role is to build and embed a culture of service provision from the Talent Acquisition Team to the business, offering best in class customer service to hiring managers and a quality candidate experience.

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £30,000 – £35,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
