Osage Marine Services, INC Hiring for Vessel Crewing Manager Full Time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Schedule: 12 hour shift-7 days on/7 days off
Interviewing & Hiring all boat personnel. Scheduling vessel crews based on operational needs.
Communicating with vessel crews to ensure efficiency’s are met.
Regularly update commercial managers regarding operational status-including delays/production /safety.
Oversee housekeeping duties that are completed on vessels.
Ensure all documentation and s are accurately completed in a a timely manner.
Work with Managers providing input into staffing and job development activities (training, employee corrective actions, pay raises, etc.)
Manage individual staff performance expectations that align with company goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
