About the Rapid Response Team: The Rapid Response Team is a solution to helping our clients grow their business and scale the talent solution we are providing to them. This team moves quickly and efficiently to deliver results in a short time frame. We provide the first view into the target market, insight into potential success and challenges, and building the recruiting funnel. Our goal is to deliver quality candidates to our clients through the process of passive and active sourcing, candidate screening, and submitting qualified talent to our clients to move them through the talent acquisition process.
Who you are: You are expected to be a self-starter who works independently to execute sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients. You embody our value of accountability by effectively handling candidates and delivering on expectations set with our clients. You collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others, and you embrace our value of Education & Development as you always look to continuously expand your capabilities. You are agile and quickly respond to client requests with the best response possible and always handle situations with tact.

To be successful as a Recruiter at ORS, you excel at
- Identifying/sourcing high volumes of high-quality candidates
- Meeting and exceeding metric-based goals
- Operating under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment
- 1-3 years of staffing recruiting experience preferred, but not required
