ORS Hiring for Web Developer Job at Lane Cove Full Time

We are looking for a talented and self motivated Web Developer to join our Marketing team to work alongside like minded colleagues in a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to express your programming flair.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform UI designs and coding, creating reusable objects and templates, wireframes for web, manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design
• Working closely with marketing coordinators to produce the website
• Regular communication with marketing team to develop and deploy content and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
• Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation and keeping login information in password registry document
• Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the ORS website.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Build code/snippets/smart tags/functions to be used by marketing team / administrator / for content at admin level not code level
• Build all pages in an equal/inclusive/SEO optimising/ mobile friendly manner
• Maintain backend organisation of files / pages / plugins / updates
• Provide analytics on click/page/open and cookie/client entries in a Microsoft 365 compatible/exportable /importable format
• Build and maintain off site html / resources/ documents/templates eg. newsletters, html snippets to be added to emails for marketing and internal representation purposes with integration/outlook compatibility in mind
• Build and Provide reports/documents regarding insights of clients using ORS website
• Abide by ORS style guides

A few requirements

• Minimum 2+ year’s experience in Web Development
• Experience with C-Portal /PHP /Multiple Wordpress/ HTML/CSS preferred
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Web Design or equivalent
• Good communication skills and the ability in to work closely with various internal stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, multi-task, prioritise projects and communicate progress
• A car and licence
• A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
